'I was lucky to have Jody as my personal trainer whilst she was at Solent University. I have to say, I found her sessions varied, thorough and rewarding.I was asked what I wanted to achieve from the sessions and Jody provided an excellent programme to help me fulfil this.The programme focussed on areas I wanted specifically to improve upon but also included general areas of fitness also. Jody cleverly devised the programme so that all aspects were covered and I always came away from the sessions feeling good about what I had done.
